After earning his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Lucknow University in 1981, Shri Tiwari began his legal career by enrolling with the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Bar Council. He has developed profound expertise in civil, commercial, corporate criminal cases, labor laws, and revenue matters while practicing at the District and Sessions Court in Udham Singh Nagar and the Uttarakhand High Court.
Throughout his illustrious career, Shri Tiwari has demonstrated unwavering commitment to justice and equality. He has served as the President of the Udham Singh Nagar District Bar Association eight times, during which he spearheaded significant initiatives to promote justice and empowerment in the community.
Shri Tiwari’s vision extends beyond the legal realm to encompass national development and public welfare. His active involvement in social work and his contributions to community welfare have been remarkable and inspiring.

With over 18 years of extensive experience in various departments of the Government of India, Aavnesh Sharma has developed profound expertise in areas such as climate change, health, disease surveillance, media scanning and monitoring, information technology, economics, and political science. His academic qualifications and practical experience enable him to bring real change to the lives of marginalized communities.
Born and raised in small village of Baghpat District-Uttar Pradesh, Aavnesh Sharma has closely witnessed the struggles faced by rural communities. He has seen children go hungry without food and families enduring poverty. These personal experiences have driven him to work for the welfare of the underprivileged, especially schoolchildren and impoverished youth. 25 years ago, he initiated a self-help group for rural children, which continues to actively assist rural communities today.
Aavnesh Sharma Ji’s work is not limited to climate change and health, but also focuses on food security. He has observed the lack of nutritious food for children and families in rural areas, and he is actively working to address this issue. His goal is to ensure that everyone has access to safe, nutritious, and sufficient food.
